Each client member has a dedicated Account Manager who acts as the single point of contact for all transactions and correspondence. We find working like this, rather than having a faceless call centre, creates a better relationship and in turn, policies that more accurately reflect the client's actual needs.
We also have an experienced and rigorous Surveying Team who provide on-site technical assessments and regular building control surveys to minimise the risk of future claims. Their surveying schedule is created specifically for each development to minimise disruption and they liaise closely with site managers throughout the build, compiling a detailed history of every project.
